Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring a Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to lead store operations, manage inventory controls, and coach a team.

You will ensure shelving accuracy, participate in planograms, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. Ideal candidates demonstrate merchandising expertise, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Clear understanding of merchandising and retail operations.
• Experience coaching a team and supervising others.
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls: returns, cross-channel returns, and reserve online pick up in store.
• Execute product activities: unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Run weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers with solutions.
• Maintain a neat, inviting store environment; handle cashier duties as needed.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
