Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part-time Merchandise Manager for our West Deptford, NJ store to lead merchandising and store operations. You will oversee truck arrival, inventory routines, planogram execution, pricing accuracy, and visual standards to keep the store ready for customers.

In this role, you will support the Store Manager, manage daily tasks, coordinate with team members, and ensure SOP adherence while maintaining service levels during nights, weekends, and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams and executing merchandising plans.
• Ability to manage inventory and pricing with accuracy.
• Familiarity with SOPs and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute in-stock optimization routines and planogram compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and pricing integrity.
• Support ship-from-store, RTVs, and ASN processes.
