Job summary

Staples in Cold Spring, KY is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to lead inventory controls, organize floor merchandising, and coach a small team. You will drive customer service, ensure signage accuracy, and support back-room operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls including Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store.
• Unload trucks, sort, stock and maintain stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal promotional merchandising changes.
• Engage customers with basic selling skills to present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, inviting store environment; perform front-end duties such as cashier/returns/online reservations.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as the Manager on Duty.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
