Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Mercandising & Inventory Supervisor for our Cold Spring, KY store. You will oversee inventory controls, planogram execution, merchandising standards and customer service while coaching a small team.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain stock levels, ensuring a welcoming store environment and strong selling skills. The role includes occasional cashier duties and Manager on Duty coverage.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and efficient inventory controls for multiple returns and online reservations.
• Execute product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Engage customers with basic selling skills to present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and inviting store environment.
• Perform front-end duties such as cashiering, returns, and managing online reservations.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
