• Lead merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotional timing and customer-ready store environment.
• Drive planogram sets and visual standards across departments.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, stock movement, and replenishment accuracy.
• Coordinate workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving processes.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction initiatives.
