Job summary

Michaels PORT-BEAVERTON is seeking a Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards. You will ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution to create a customer-ready store.

You will also lead workload planning, pricing accuracy, promotions, and SOP adherence, while managing inventory movement, stock levels, and store presentation with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Maintain accurate pricing and timely promotional execution to support sales.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and uphold service standards and store conditions.
• Lead truck execution, stocking and replenishment to ensure a smooth flow to the sales floor.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines to sustain in-stock levels and stock integrity.
• Manage Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving with accurate documentation.
