Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes for unloading, sorting, and floor flow of merchandise.
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain inventory control, pricing accuracy, and in-stock replenishment.
