You will train associates, coordinate tasks with the team, maintain backroom standards, and uphold safety and signage. Flexibility for nights/weekends, strong communication, and ability to lift heavy objects are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Ability to train others.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned
