Job summary

Total Wine & More in Baton Rouge is seeking Store Team Members (Merchandisers) to improve product presentation, support online orders, and deliver excellent customer service. You will manage inventory, build displays, and assist with pickups and deliveries as needed, while adhering to safety and alcohol regulations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in retail; flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Pull, stock, and organize merchandise; build displays and end caps; place signage and support promotions.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving/deliveries if assigned.
