Job summary

Total Wine & More in Baton Rouge, LA is hiring Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by advising customers on products. You will greet shoppers and build relationships, offering a personalized experience and product knowledge through ongoing training.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, curbside pickup and delivery support if needed, enforcing alcohol laws, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and participating in product training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience, including 1+ year in a store.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging customers.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and signage; manage inventory.
• Support curbside pickup, delivery services when assigned.
• Learn product knowledge through training on wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
