Total Wine & More is hiring a Store Team Member (Merchandiser) in Baton Rouge, LA. You will maximize inventory, stock displays, assist with curbside pickup and deliveries, and deliver a personalized shopping experience while upholding alcohol safety rules.

You'll develop product knowledge through wine, spirits, and beer training, support promotions and loyalty programs, and maintain a safe, compliant store environment. Flexible schedule and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and fulfill orders, including curbside pickup and delivery if needed.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and regulatory compliance for alcohol sales.
• Load and deliver orders safely when delivery is an essential function.
• Seasonal role may be short-term (up to six months) with option to apply for non-seasonal role.
