• Previous experience in retail, sales, visual merchandising, or store operations.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and visual guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor regular assortment planograms across assigned stores.
• Manage the distribution, setup, and availability of promotional gifts and gift-with-purchase items.
• Assemble in-store-exclusive promotional sets based on provided product and packaging guidelines.
• Conduct regular market research and store visits at nearby competitors.
• Receive and install fixtures and visual merchandising materials for regular assortment and promotional updates.
• Support basic in-store visual merchandising execution based on provided guidelines and briefs.
• Coordinate the pickup and delivery of visual materials from external agencies when needed.
• Gather sales and customer observations from store teams and prepare a brief weekly report.
• Consolidate promotional information and organize product details in Excel trackers.
• Communicate execution issues, missing materials, or discrepancies to the Merchandising team in a timely manner.
• - New Store Opening Support: Track delivery and installation status of fixtures for third and fourth store openings.

Job Overview

The Part-Time Retail Merchandising Coordinator will support day-to-day merchandising execution across multiple store locations, including visual merchandising, planogram maintenance, promotional setup, and basic administrative tasks.

This role will work closely with the Merchandising team and store teams to ensure that merchandising initiatives are executed accurately and on time. The position will also provide on-site support for upcoming new store openings.

Key Responsibilities

- Ongoing Store Support

• Maintain and monitor regular assortment planograms across assigned stores
• Manage the distribution, setup, and availability of promotional gifts and gift-with-purchase items
• Assemble in-store-exclusive promotional sets based on provided product and packaging guidelines
• Conduct regular market research and store visits at nearby competitors
• Receive and install fixtures and visual merchandising materials for regular assortment and promotional updates

- New Store Opening Support

• Track the delivery and installation status of fixtures for the third and fourth store openings
• Receive and verify direct-to-store deliveries
• Confirm planogram placement and product locations against approved store layouts
• Support fixture setup, product placement, and other merchandising needs during store opening preparation
• Report missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered materials to the appropriate teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, visual merchandising, or store operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and visual guidelines
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple store locations
• Ability to travel between assigned stores as needed
• Comfortable with light physical work, including unpacking, moving, and installing merchandising materials
• Flexible availability during promotional changes and new store opening periods
