The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store team member to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support everyday store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage customers, process sales, returns, and payments, and help maintain organized and clean sales floors.

Responsibilities include promoting loyalty programs, upholding merchandising standards, and contributing to safety and loss-prevention efforts while adapting to multiple areas as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and engage with customers.
• Ring purchases and returns and handle cash accurately.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising standards and process merchandise for the floor.
• Support store cleanliness and safety, and participate in loss prevention goals.
• Assist in store recovery and operate across several areas as needed.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
