Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will engage with customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store while supporting promotional programs and loss-prevention efforts. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities, with a willingness to learn and adapt to varying tasks across departments.

Qualifications

• Works well with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver customer experience practices to shoppers
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and count change per procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor
• Assist in store recovery and maintain cleanliness
• Support safety and loss prevention initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
