Lowe’s in Gastonia, NC is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store. You will oversee daily store operations, plan for demand, and coordinate schedules to ensure proper coverage.

This role requires 2+ years retail leadership, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage sales and margin goals while driving store efficiency.

Formación

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of experience performing manager-on-duty responsibilities, including management of daily store operations and processes within and beyond assigned areas of responsibility.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipating customer flow and adjusting schedules to ensure proper coverage when and where needed.
• Planning for spikes in sales and ensuring in-stock position to support demand.
• Conducting safety walks and coaching associates around safe work practices.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional service in a clean, safe, well-stocked Lowe’s store and achieve sales and margin goals.
