Job summary

SAS Retail Services in San Diego, CA is hiring in-store merchandisers to build displays, reset shelves and track inventory, supporting store leadership with scheduling, onboarding and reporting. You will interact with customers and management, ensuring smooth operations and sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation to work.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training peopleCan use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
