Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help retailers create engaging displays and optimize product placement. You will support store leadership with daily tasks and ensure shelves are stocked and rotated to maximize sales.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment in Pecos, Texas, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to build displays and reset shelves.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Proficient with smartphones/tablets for recording work.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
