Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a motivated in-store merchandising associate to help retailers meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required as training is provided; 18+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable transportation, and strong customer service

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Use of a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
