Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to help build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory across stores. You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with opportunities for additional hours and growth. Salary is $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Comfort interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older required.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
