Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also back leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 18+ years old and strong customer service skills are essential.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
