Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking candidates to provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training teammates.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and have 1–2 years merchandising experience; no prior experience is required

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
