Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while delivering excellent customer service to clients and shoppers.

You should be comfortable working in a retail environment, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess 1–2 years of merchandising experience.

• No prior experience is required as training is provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
