Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. You’ll assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while delivering excellent customer service.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ years with lifting up to 50 lbs. Growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and lead others.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet to record work.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
