Job summary

SAS Retail Services in the United States is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with no nights, weekends, or holidays required. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within our nationwide team.

Qualifications

• No explicit degree required; entry-level merchandising role.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1-2 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Smartphone or tablet available to record work after each shift.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
