Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring for in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and assist with onboarding and training of new hires.

Role involves customer interaction, reporting support, and collaborating with leadership. No nights, weekends, or holidays required, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and train people.
• Comfort with using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
