Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Morgantown, PA. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting. Training is provided, with growth opportunities and a competitive wage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly manner.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.
• Proactive self-starter with bias for action and results.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
