SAS Retail Services in Kutztown, PA is seeking a friendly, reliable in-store merchandiser to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, track inventory, and assist with daily store operations.

You will also help with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with no nights, weekends or holidays required and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to perform physical work, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for shifts.
• Willing to train and lead others, and record work with a device after each shift.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
