Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to boost sales. You’ll support leadership with scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires, while delivering strong customer service.

This role welcomes individuals 18+, with merchandising experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
