Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Washington is seeking an in-store Merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while enjoying growth opportunities, training, and comprehensive benefits.

No experience required; 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and capable of using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experienceHave experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
