Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated presents products to attract customers at our customer retail locations, and follows planograms and safety guidelines.

This role services multiple Convenience Retail, Drug and Value accounts with expertly rotated stock and well-placed displays. You will move products between sales floor and cold vaults, create POS materials as allowed, and rotate stock to maintain fresh, appealing presentations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products per procedures and programs.
• Fills and merchandises coolers and displays on sales floor.
• Maintains back room cooler and arranges products by package and flavor.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups and proactive communication.
