Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present and rotate products at customer retail locations, following planograms and quality guidelines. You will service multiple bulk accounts, move stock from backroom to display, and coordinate with store management to maximize visibility and sales.

Qualifications include effective communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication including listening, speaking and writing
• Retail customer service experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs)
• Independent and reliable with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf where permitted
• Rotates product and checks vendor operation for proper display
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and discussions of pricing, programs and opportunities
