Job summary

The Coca-Cola Consolidated Merchandiser position is responsible for presenting products in a way that attracts customers at our retail locations. This role services multiple bulk accounts by merchandising approved products while following safety and quality guidelines.

You will follow planograms, communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to ensure timely displays. The job requires physical stamina and reliable, independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Prior customer service experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse customers.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, independent work with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandize and rotate products on display per programs.
• Move products from backroom to display.
• Create and place point-of-sale materials; rotate and check vendor operations.
• Organize back room; manage pallets and damaged items.
• Foster relationships with store personnel and discuss opportunities.
