Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is responsible for presenting products to attract customers at our retail locations.

This role services multiple bulk accounts, follows planograms, and communicates with store management and cross-functional teams to ensure correct merchandising and safe handling of products. Applicants should be able to rotate stock, place products on displays, and manage backroom organization.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• Proof of insurance to verify current coverage as specified in policy.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates products as needed.
• Maintains back room by organizing products and returns of damaged/outdated stock.
• Builds and maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-up and communication.
