Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, servicing multiple convenience, drug, and value accounts with planograms and approved layouts.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, moving products to coolers, creating displays, and coordinating with store personnel. Strong communication and customer-service experience are essential, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from sales floor to cold vault and displays; creates POS materials.
• Fills coolers and displays; maintains back room cooler organization.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and promotions.
