Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Merchandiser to present products attractively at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will follow planograms, handle goods safely, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams.

The role requires effective communication, prior customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs. Training and mentorship accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise and rotate products on display according to procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display and set up shelf layouts.
• Create and distribute point of sale materials where allowed, rotate and stock Fastlane merchandisers.
• Organize back room, stack products by package and flavor, manage returns and damaged items.
• Maintain relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups and requests.
