Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations in Boone, NC. You will service multiple bulk accounts, follow planograms, and communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to keep displays fresh and compliant.

The role requires strong communication, prior customer service in retail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have interpersonal skills and be able to work with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials where permitted; rotates products and merchandise Fastlane items.
• Maintains back room by organizing products and returning damaged/expired items to the branch.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and opportunities.
