Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms and quality guidelines.

You will move products from backroom to display, set POS materials, and build relationships with store personnel while working in a fast-paced environment. This role includes a company-provided cell phone and opportunities for growth and development.

Qualificações

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with various customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking abilities and problem-solving.
• Company provided cell phone is included.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper operatorage of Fastlane merchandisers.
• Organizes back room and maintains stock, pallets, and damaged/outdated product.
• Builds relationships with store personnel through follow-up, pricing and program discussions.
