Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy a variety of customers' needs and expectations.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise and rotate products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display area as needed.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials where permitted; rotate and replenish items.
• Organize back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manage pallets and damaged goods.
• Foster relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests, pricing, and new opportunities.
