Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to support inventory, curbside and in-store pickup, and merchandising. You will be referred to as Merchandiser and work under store management. Responsibilities include stocking, displays, training, and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You may be assigned to sales, front end or other duties as needed. This is a part-time or seasonal role with potential for non-seasonal opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, stock merchandise, build displays and end caps.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is required.
