Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers, LLC is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute our standards and drive retailer satisfaction. You will build rapport with store personnel, educate on client brands, and execute displays and resets with accuracy to meet client expectations.

This role requires flexible scheduling, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation. You will report to the Territory Sales Lead and collaborate with the Market Sales Manager to deliver high-quality execution

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent carries up to 35 lbs and occasional lifts up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnights
• Driver's license required; reliable transportation may be needed
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily
• Educate customers on client brands and product lines
• Execute tasks, projects, and displays with accuracy following instructions
• Maintain high quality to meet client expectations
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects maintaining store aesthetics
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities
