Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to drive in-store sales by executing company standards and maintaining retailer relationships. You will work under the Market Sales Manager with daily guidance from the Territory Sales Lead and ahead of client expectations.

Responsibilities include building rapport with store staff, educating on product lines, and accurately completing merchandising projects while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management on a daily basis.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute merchandising tasks and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations and account aesthetics.
• Communicate daily activities and sales opportunities to Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager.
