Anderson Merchandisers in San Francisco is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will work under the Market Sales Manager with daily coordination to the Territory Sales Lead.

The role emphasizes building rapport with store staff, educating customers on brands, executing displays, and maintaining store aesthetics. A flexible schedule, physical ability to lift items, and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overnights.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy by following instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandising and execution of all assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Follow company policies in all activities.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Proficient use of handheld device and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and retailer information.
