Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in the San Francisco area to execute store-level standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead.

You will build rapport with store teams, educate staff on brand features, and ensure accurate display execution while maintaining high quality and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver’s license may be necessary due to travel.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Educate customers on brand features and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer information.
