Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in California to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. You will collaborate with the Market Sales Manager and Territory Sales Lead to ensure accurate merchandising, displays, and client satisfaction.

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel to additional locations.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, projects and displays with accuracy following instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
