Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in San Francisco, CA. You will build rapport with store associates, educate staff on product features, and execute merchandising projects with accuracy to meet client expectations.

The role requires a flexible schedule, ability to lift up to 50 lbs (and up to 100 lbs with assistance), and access to a computer and email for daily reporting. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs (occasional up to 100 lbs with help).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport daily with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features/benefits of client brands and products.
• Execute tasks, projects, resets and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute projects to maintain account aesthetics and standards.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead and report opportunities or barriers.
