Anderson Merchandisers in San Francisco is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer expectations. Under supervision of Market Sales Manager, daily guidance from the Territory Sales Lead is expected.

You will build rapport with store staff, educate on brands, and execute displays with accuracy while maintaining confidentiality and brand integrity. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service or sales skills
• Able to build rapport with store personnel and managers
• Capable of following brand standards and project instructions

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily
• Educate customers and staff on brand features and benefits
• Execute tasks, resets, displays with accuracy per instructions
• Maintain high quality work to meet client expectations
• Merchandise projects to maintain account aesthetics and exceed standards
• Know company policies and procedures
• Provide daily updates to Territory Sales Lead on activities and opportunities
