Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Colorado is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute company standards, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will report to the Market Sales Manager but daily communication with the Territory Sales Lead is expected.

The role emphasizes building rapport with store staff, educating customers about brands, and precise merchandising. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; flexible hours including nights and weekends are

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Flexible to work nights, overnights and weekends.
• Proficient with computers and e-mail.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management daily.
• Educate customers and store personnel on brand features and benefits.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays accurately per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise projects to preserve account aesthetics and compliance.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead on activities and opportunities.
