Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to execute merchandising standards, build strong relationships with store teams, and educate staff on product lines. You will follow clear instructions to reset displays, maintain accuracy, and uphold client expectations across assigned accounts.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a HS diploma. Benefits are available for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on features and benefits of client brands and products.
• Execute all tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy per instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics and deliver quality execution.
