Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Sales Merchandiser in Augusta, GA to execute in-store standards and drive sales. You will work under supervision with daily communication to the Territory Sales Lead and Market Sales Manager, ensuring accurate displays and client-aligned merchandising.

The role requires flexibility, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong customer/service orientation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
• Self-motivation and a relentless drive to meet retailer expectations.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of client brands and products.
• Execute all tasks, resets, displays with accuracy following provided instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics.
