Total Wine & More in Everett, WA is seeking a Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock displays, and support online orders. You will engage customers, explain products, and help with curbside pickup and deliveries when assigned.

Experience in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and ability to work evenings and weekends are important. A high school diploma is preferred, and the role may involve driving deliveries if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience; 1+ year(s) in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and informing them about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely when required and assist with curbside pickup.
